Team Training MaximizerSM
The Admissions Team Training MaximizerSM is one
of five Training Management tools; allowing you customize
the online curriculum for your institution. Start your
training program with the Learning Launch Kit,
address your campus specific issues with offline exercises
included in the Team Training Boosters, and recognize
course completion with the Celebrate Success Kit.
Learning Launch Kit
The Learning Launch Kit provides tools which can be used by
training managers within the framework of the entire
Admissions Counselor Basic TrainingSM program. It will help
you to formally introduce the ACBT program, establish a team
learning mentality, build excitement, create a fun
atmosphere and help set goals in a positive manner.
Team Training Boosters
The Team Training Booster exercises were created to address
the issue of campus specific information in your training
program and the practice applying the concepts learned in
the online courses. Each Team Training Booster exercise
consists of four sections; resources needed for the
exercise, the work product form, the learning task, and a
model for evaluation of the work product. There is a Team
Training Booster exercise for each ACBT course. The use of
these exercises is at the discretion of the training
manager.
Team Training Booster
Celebrate Success Kit
The Celebrate Success Kit assists you in recognizing your
staff members as they complete components of the ACBT
program, as well as, other elements in your overall training
program. Tools are designed along two themes; the
Traditional Tool Kit for a more formal training approach and
the Varsity Team Kit for a fun, team-building theme.
